Filling the AI Implementation Gap for Businesses and Government Agencies
We integrate AI into your workflows. Viper Consulting™ finds where AI helps, builds it into the systems you already use, tests it for accuracy, governs it and trains your people. We work with businesses, with prime contractors as a specialized subcontractor or teaming partner, and directly with government agencies.
For businesses, prime contractors and government agencies
The AI implementation gap
Most businesses and government agencies already have access to AI tools. The gap is putting AI to work inside real workflows: safely, on clean data, under clear rules, with staff who trust it and know how to check its work. We close that gap, from the first assessment to day-to-day operations.
Assess
Find where AI saves staff time, rank every use case by value and risk, and check that your data and systems are ready.
Integrate
Build AI into the workflows and systems you already use: intake, documents, contact centers, case work and reporting.
Govern
Set clear AI rules, test for accuracy and bias, and align with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) and current federal AI guidance.
Adopt
Train your people, manage the change and keep improving the systems, so AI becomes part of everyday work.
Pricing
Pricing: every way to work with us
Nine ways to start, from a single AI service to a full AI Department, each with a published price. Start with the one that fits today and grow whenever you are ready. Monthly services have no contract; government solicitations are quoted per solicitation.

Safeguards
Guardrails for public-sector AI
AI implementation is our priority, and AI security and governance matter just as much. We apply these safeguards to every AI system we deliver for an agency, from AI agents, RAG knowledge bases and document automation to Voice AI and chat agents.
FedRAMP, cloud and data security
FedRAMP-authorized cloud and AI services
Agency workloads run on cloud and AI model services that are FedRAMP-authorized at the impact level your agency requires (Low, Moderate or High). We confirm each service's status on the FedRAMP Marketplace before we use it.
Inside your authorization boundary
Agency data is processed and stored in U.S. data centers, inside the authorization boundary your agency approves. Nothing moves outside that boundary without your written approval.
Authority to Operate (ATO) support
We prepare the documentation your security team needs for an ATO: system description, architecture and data-flow diagrams, inventories of components and AI models, and control descriptions mapped to NIST SP 800-53.
Continuous monitoring
After launch, we support continuous monitoring in line with FedRAMP practice: monthly vulnerability scanning, patching within agreed timelines, and advance notice before any significant change.
FIPS-validated (Federal Information Processing Standards) encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using FIPS 140-validated encryption, with agency-managed encryption keys where the service supports them.
Strong identity and least-privilege access
Sign-in through your agency's identity provider, with Personal Identity Verification (PIV) or Common Access Card (CAC) smart cards where supported and phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication. Every person and AI agent gets only the access its role needs.
Zero Trust architecture
Systems are designed in line with the federal Zero Trust strategy (Office of Management and Budget memo M-22-09) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Zero Trust Maturity Model: every user, device and request is verified, every time.
Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
Work that involves CUI is done only in environments your agency approves for it, following NIST SP 800-171 requirements.
Secure software development
We build software following the NIST Secure Software Development Framework (SP 800-218), with code review, dependency and vulnerability scanning, and a software bill of materials (SBOM) for what we deliver.
Supply chain risk management
Every vendor, AI model and component is checked before use, including where it is hosted and who controls it, and against federal restrictions such as Section 889 of the FY2019 National Defense Authorization Act.
Logs to your security operations center
Security and AI audit logs can stream to your agency's security operations center or security information and event management (SIEM), and are kept for as long as your policy requires.
Incident reporting
Suspected security incidents are reported to your agency within the time your contract requires, and we support your reporting to CISA and your investigation.
Personnel security
Team members who handle agency data complete security awareness training and can undergo the background investigations your agency requires before they get access.
Data return and secure deletion
At the end of the contract, we return your data in standard formats and securely delete our copies following NIST SP 800-88, with written confirmation.
AI governance and safety, for every AI service
Governance aligned with the NIST AI RMF
Every AI system is mapped, measured and managed under the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, with a named owner, a documented purpose and a risk rating before it goes live.
Use-case documentation and inventory
We document each AI use case, the models and data it relies on, its limits and its test results, ready for your agency's AI use-case inventory and oversight reporting.
Human oversight for high-impact decisions
AI supports your staff; it does not make final decisions on benefits, eligibility, enforcement, hiring or other outcomes that affect people's rights. A qualified person reviews, and can override, every such recommendation.
Accuracy testing and ongoing monitoring
Each system is tested against your real cases before launch and monitored after it goes live, with accuracy thresholds and alerts when performance drifts.
Bias and fairness testing
We test results across languages, demographic groups and request types for unequal performance, and close the gaps before rollout.
Red-teaming and prompt-injection defense
We attack our own AI agents, chatbots and RAG systems with adversarial prompts, jailbreak attempts and malicious documents, and harden them before they reach your staff or the public.
Grounded answers with citations
RAG knowledge assistants answer only from your approved documents, cite the source of every answer and say so when they do not know, to limit made-up answers.
Data minimization and privacy
AI systems collect and keep only the data a task needs. Personal information is masked or excluded wherever possible, and handling follows applicable privacy laws and your agency's privacy policies.
Your data stays out of model training
We configure AI services so your agency's prompts, documents and records are not used to train public or third-party AI models.
Access control and audit logs
Role-based access, multi-factor sign-in and audit logs show who used each AI system, what it was asked and what it returned.
Security and vendor review
Every AI vendor, model and integration is reviewed for security, data location and terms of use before it is used, and we follow your agency's security and authorization (ATO) requirements where they apply.
Incident response and shutoff
Every AI system has a documented way to pause or switch it off immediately, plus an incident plan for errors, security events or misuse.
Transparency and a path to a person
People are told when they are dealing with AI, and they can always reach a member of your staff.
You own your data
Your agency owns its data, prompts, configurations and outputs, and can export them at any time, so you are never locked in.
Trained staff and a clear AI use policy
Staff are trained to use AI safely, check its work and follow your AI use policy before they are given access.
AI-powered CRM and constituent engagement
Cloud authorization (FedRAMP)
Our AI-powered CRM is designed for non-sensitive public engagement: scheduling, reminders, answers to common questions and outreach. We do not represent it as FedRAMP-authorized. Work that involves sensitive data or systems is deployed on the FedRAMP-authorized or agency-approved cloud your agency selects.
Consent for calls, texts and email
Outbound calls and texts go only to residents who opted in, and every text ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." Email follows CAN-SPAM rules, and texting runs only on carrier-registered (A2P 10DLC) numbers.
Your staff stay in charge
AI-drafted replies, public notices and other communications are reviewed and approved by your staff before they are sent or published.
AI disclosure and call recording
Our Voice AI tells every caller it is an AI assistant. Calls are recorded only with the consent each state requires.
Accessibility and records
Resident-facing pages, chat and portals are built with Section 508 accessibility in mind, and conversation logs can follow your agency's records-retention schedule.
